Photon Matrix began as a passion project — an attempt to combine LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, a vision module, and precision laser targeting to enable real-time mosquito detection and active defense against one of humanity’s oldest annoyances. Years of prototyping, system miniaturization, and firmware refinement turned that experiment into the world’s first portable laser mosquito air defense system.
